Early Life:

Ciaran Power is a 20 year old American/British actor and musician born in Chertsey UK and grew up in North Carolina USA. He is of both English and Irish Heritage, spending a lot of his time around both. He started acting at the NRACT (North Raleigh Arts and Creative Theatre) when he was 6 years old.

University:

Ciaran has studied Acting and Performance at the University for the Creative Arts (BA Hons) in Farnham between 2020-2023, Partaking in student films, student lead concerts and albums, theatre and musical theatre shows. Ciaran has 4 years of singing and music experience, using his voice in many of the shows he has taken part in during his time in university like Summer and Smoke, As you like it, The Addams Family musical (look to credits for more information).

In terms of music Ciaran is able to play instruments such as guitar, piano and ukulele along with the previously mentioned singing experience to which he is always open to use and has done for a performance.

During his time at university: 

While Ciaran was studying at The University for the Creative Arts he had worked with directors and artists such as Steve North, Darrel Brockis, Annelies Lovell and Joe Evans. While working with this artists he studied practitioners such as Stanislavsky, Chekov, Shakespeare, Tennessee Williams, Meisner and Utah Hagen.

Volunteer Work:

Ciaran has plenty of experience working in the world of voice through his time spent at HRS (Hospital Radio Swale) where he worked as a radio presenter. Later on he would go on to set up a podcast for Cisco System where he interviewed the interns working there to which he hosted and edited the podcast. He has also volunteered at the Oasis Academy (Isle of Sheppy) for the differently abled as an acting/ voice coach over the weekends.
